The use of this website and / or submitting an order for products is subject to the following terms of use:

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

Unauthorised use of this website may give to a claim for damages and / or be a criminal offence.
From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website ( s ). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website ( s ).

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Germany.

Prices / Payment:

All product prices given are per unit unless stated otherwise and incl. MwSt ( VAT ) at 19%.

All prices on this site are indicated in Euro.

All orders from outside Germany have to be paid in advance by either PayPal or bank transfer. Please make sure we don't have to pay any additional fees.

Orders:

Once your order has been placed you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of your order with your payment instructions. Shipping costs may vary from actual costs in some exceptional cases for certain countries or items ordered. In this case you will be notified per email.

You can cancel your order:
- if a product should be out of stock or unavailable for any other reason.
- without reason before your order is shipped

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order.

All payments made prior to cancellation will be promptly and fully refunded.

We shall not be bound to deliver the goods until we received payment.

Delivery and Shipping:

We will try to deliver the goods to you as fast as possible. If we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to deliver them within 30 days beginning with the day after the day of the agreement between us.

Please refer to our information section for most recent shipping costs. Costs for shipping and handling include packing charges and insurance against damage or loss unless agreed otherwise.

You will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, and shipping, handling, and processing charges relating to your purchases. Usually our products should be tax- and duty free. We recommend that you contact your countries customs department for detailed information.

Cancellation / Return:

You can cancel your order / our agreement by sending an e-mail to our support ( including your name and order number ) within 14 days of delivery.

If we receive your cancellation before your order has been shipped we will promptly refund to you any payments we already received less bank charges.

If your order has already been shipped or delivered you have to return the products to us (at the address given above) to receive a refund, before using them in any other way as it would have been possible for you in a store to examine the product.

Please note that refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges.

Returned products have to be 100% complete ( including all accessories, such as user-guide, charger, cables, etc., shipped with the product ) in the original unmarked packing.

It is your responsibility to ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us without being damaged in transit. We will charge you the direct costs to us of recovering any products supplied by us if you fail to return them.

We reserve the right to reject the return, or deduct costs associated with missing parts, non original packaging, abuse, misuse of the product or user negligence.

Custom designed products can not be returned unless they are defective.

If for reasons beyond our reasonable control ( including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of our suppliers to supply the goods to us ) we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We will promptly return payment to you. We are not liable for any loss or damage whatever arising
from such cancellation.


Warranty:

EU:
All our standard products are covered by a 24 months implied warranty to the original purchaser according to EU laws. The warranty period starts with the day of delivery and covers defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions.

International:
The warranty Period is effective from date of delivery and covers defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions. Six months with free labour and parts replacement.

If you notice a defect during the warranty period please contact our support without delay. You will have to provide your name, address, e-mail, model name and a detailed description of the problem.

We, at our option, will: repair the defective product or replace it with a product that is new or at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

In no event will we be liable for any other costs associated with the replacement or repair of the product.

This limited warranty does not cover damages due to external causes, including accident / casualty, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with our product guidelines / manuals , misuse, neglect, repair or alteration.

The warranty excludes all costs of shipping, customs clearance and other related charges after 6 months of delivery for countries other than Germany.

In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, direct or consequential damages of any kind, resulting from breach of warranty, or under any other theory, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, or any other costs
arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.

Place of Execution and Place of Jurisdiction:

Legal jurisidiction is exercised by the Federal Republic of Germany exclusively.

Place of execution for all services and business transactions with ring-of-fire is Hechingen, Germany.

The exclusive place of jusrisdiction for any legal proceeedings against ring-of-fire is Hechingen, Germany.
The same holds true for legal action taken by ring-of-fire against its customers.


Liability exclusion for the use of our products:

All the equipment provided by ring-of-fire is designed specifically for professional performers only. Some of our products can be extremely dangerous and harmful, even though they are used correctly and according to our user guides. In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, direct or consequential or punitive damages, personal injuries, death or accidents caused by any of our products. Any person / individual using our equipment is personally responsible for their own safety and the safety of others. Please take all necessary precautions to avoid accidents. Check your equipment after each use for possible damage or signs of material fatigue.

We do not promote usage of fire.

By submitting an order for the equipment provided or using it, you state your full acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, theses Terms and Conditions and that you are accepting full and unconditional responsibility for any consequences caused.

NOT FOR SALE TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18!

Final Clause:

Should any of these individual contractual conditions – for which reasons whatsoever – not be legally enforceable, this does not mitigate the legal validity of the remaining agreements in any way.
